Below are the required ingredients to prepare a healthy and yummy grilled chicken for dinner, luch or breakfast.

  • 4 pounds of chicken
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar
  • Salt 1.5 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Lemon pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Tandoori chicken masala 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Red food color a pinch
  • Salt 1/2 tablespoon

How To Prepare Grilled Chicken

  1. For making grilled chicken, the first step is to dip the chicken in water and vinegar mixture along with salt for about 15 minutes.
  2. After that, drain the water and mix all the spices and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Finally, add food color and mix it again.
  4. Then grill the chicken at the preheated grill at high flame.
  5. Once the chicken is almost done, coat a layer of oil on it and cook from both sides.
  6. when clear oily fluid starts to flow from the chicken that will indicate that it is ready. Enjoy it with your family.
